We are looking for candidates of Crewing Staff who will :
- Taking care of Recruitment process of crew.
- Taking care of crew matters.
- Ensure the crew certificates comply to minimum safe manning.
- Ensure the availabilities of crew before the vessel sailing.
- Ensure the rotation plan running well.
- Monthly reporting to Crewing Officer about crew activities.
Minimum Requirement: - Minimum Bachelor Degree from Merchants Marine (KTK/KLK) or any Major from reputable University.
- Minimum 1 years of experiences in the same role, or fresh graduated are welcome to apply.

- Understand the national Regulation for Seafarer.
- Having wide networking in Indonesian Seafarer.
- Good communication & interpersonal skill.

Duties & Responsibilities as follows: - Assist Head of Strategic Planning for 5 year budget plan.
- Business Analysis; Update monthly market share, Update monthly competitor composition, Conduct competitor benchmarking, capital budgeting analysis for required investment.
- Business Reporting; Collation, preparation, and analysis business performance that are reported in weekly report and monthly report
- Capacity and Demand Analysis; Coordinate with commercial department to analysis assets' capacity and demand analysis for the next month and submitted at the end of the current month to Accounting and Commercial Department.
- SOP Review and Process Improvement; Review Commercial and Post Fixture Standard of Procedure, Analyze and propose process improvement.
- Business Performance Monitoring (KPI measurement and update).
Job Requirements - Possess minimum Bachelor degree in Management or Business Administration or any related fields (preferably Post Graduate) from reputable universities
- Aged 24 – 27
- Having minimum 2 years experiences at similar position in shipping, commodity trading, oil and gas and/or coal related company is preferable
- Fresh graduate from reputable universities with strong academic background are welcome to apply
- Strong analytical thinking
- Good understanding on Financial Report (Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow)
- Good communication skills oral and written
- Good organization, problem solving skills, and detail oriented
- Good command in English both oral and written
- Self-starter, high willingness to learn
- Highly proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel and Power point)
