Manufacturing, Sales and Service centers are located all over the world. Job Purpose:
Responsible for ensuring that products appear in the right store at the appropriate time and in the correct quantities. This involves working closely with the distribution channels to accurately forecast trends, plan stock levels and monitor performance.
Must be operationally hands-on, organised, highly motivated and able to work with a disciplined approach towards managing people and work standards.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Basic understanding on T&M equipment
- Train 2nd tier shop sales person on existing and new product introduction
- Manage 2nd tier shop staff on promoting assigned products
- Ensure the Brand is presented in accordance to corporate guidelines and consistency across multiple retail outlets.
- Responsible for handling Visual Merchandising implementation, execution and installation of all in-store displays and windows in Indonesia.
- Working closely with other Sales and Visual Merchandising team member to ensure all (new and current) stores/counters have correct in-store props and window hardware.
Working Conditions and Basic Requirements:
- 2-4 years experience as Electrical engineer
- Fresh grad are welcome to apply
- Strong proficiency in Macromedia freehand and Adobe Photoshop
- May need to travel on overseas assignments
- Able to work long and irregular hours and meet tight deadlines
- Independent and self motivated
