Responsibilities:

Programming, documentation, installation, training and standby for new project, installation, upgrades.
Maintain and update accurate customer database and files.
To provide on-site problem solving and troubleshooting for both hardware and software malfunctions.
Rework of PCBs and other faulty modules at the workshop and in the field.
Standby and on-site support for 24 hours services on rotation basis and must be available whenever your service is needed including public holidays.
Conduct periodic preventive maintenance services.
Research and development of problematic models.
New duties will be assigned as the management deems fit and will be reviewed from time to time.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
1-3 years of computer experience, Microsoft SQL server, Visual basic programming and Crystal report will be an advantage.
Applicants should be Indonesia citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Must have high commitment and responsibility towards the job.
Own transportation is necessary for travel.
Extensive training will be provided; PC skills will be an added advantage.
Required language(s): English.
