Requirements :

  • Male/ Female, max. 30 years old.
  • Min. Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering or Management, preferable Master Degree in Business Management or the same field.
  • Min. 2 years experience in HR Business Partner or Organizational Development.
  • Fresh graduated are welcome to apply
  • Understanding in balanced scorecard, performance management, blue ocean, business prosess mapping and implementation of company strategy
  • Ability to facilitate the process
  • Having good in communication and presentation.
  • Will be placed in Meruya Utara, Kembangan, Jakarta Barat.
