Currently we are looking for high qualified: Responsibilities: Issue invoices to customers, compiles data from vendor invoices and supporting documents to verify accuracy of billing data and to ensure receipt of items ordered : Compares invoices against purchase orders and shipping and receiving documents to verify receipt of items ordered. Track exceptions between the shipping log and invoice register or compute figures to determine prices and discounts, following invoices and credit memorandums. Maintains file of returnable items received from or returned to vendors. Report to superior continuously in a good time of concurrence within his/her area responsibility. Requirements: Diploma in Finance / Accounting or relevant education, max.28 years old. Having 1  year experience in logistics of forwarding company, fresh graduates are welcome. Strong in numerical, Computer literate and detail oriented. Willing to be placed in Soewarna Business Park, Soekarno Hatta Airport area (provides shuttle bus) or in Kelapa Gading.
