No.2 tanggal 3 Mei 2000) before Abdullah Ashal, SH, Notary in Jakarta. The certificate was ratified with Law Minister Decision and the Statutory Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. C-19932.HT.01.01.TH 2000(Keputusan Menteri Hukum dan Perundang-undangan Republik Indonesia No. C-19932.HT.01.01.TH 2000) dated in 7 September 2000, registered in List of Company (Daftar Perusahaan) according to UU No.3 year 1982 about Mandatory Company Listing (Wajib Daftar Perusahaan) No. TDP. 0905178039407 at Company Listing Office Central Jakarta Municipalities (Kantor Pendaftaran Perusahaan Kodya Jakarta Pusat) No. 2105/BH.09.05/X/2001, and announced in News of the State of Republic of Indonesia (Berita Negara Reublik Indonesia) on 1 February 2002 No.10, Additional News of Indonesian Republic (Tambahan Berita Negara RI) No.1101/2002. Liabilities company is a company that operates in developing industry and store housing sectors.
Today, Limited Liabilities owned and industrial area of 169,76 Ha named Millennium Industrial Estate which located at Tangerang District. Other than selling industry lot for development, Limited Liabilities also selling the land of the lot and the building on top such as, plant or warehouse, with designated specification and design, as standard specification and building regulation. Limited Liabilities is registered as member of Indonesia Real Estate Association (REI) DKI Jakarta with Member Number (No. pokok anggota): 00.02416, according to Membership Charter dated 27 February 2009 and Decision Letter no. 059/Ang/REI/00/SE/2008 dated 28 October 2008, DPP REI Decision Letter No.059/Kep-REI/00/2008 dated 14 November 2008 as also stated in Membership Charter dated 27 February 2009.
Millennium Industrial Estate located at Km36 from central Jakarta at Cikupa Tigaraksa, Tangerang, Banten through Jakarta Merak toll road, and can be easily reached from International Airport and Sea Port. The distance from Millennium Industrial Estate to Soekarno Hatta International Airport is approximately 40 Km, and the distance to Tanjung Priok Port is approximately 55 Km, and to Cikupa Balaraja Timur Toll Road is approximately 10 Km.
The development of the Limited Liabilities Company is started with licensing arrangement, land acquisition, land maturation, and infrastructure development in its industrial area, since the founding until 2003. The activities of marketing and selling of ware houses and lots started in 2004. Until May 2009, the Limited Liabilities has sold 33,5 Ha area of land which consist of 11 tenants for lot and 9 tenant for ware house.
