- Usia 30 – 45 tahun
- Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknis Elektrik / Industri / teknis terkait lain nya
- Nilai IPK minimal 3.00 dari skala 4.00
- Menguasai dan mampu mengaplikasikan pengetahuan teknis mesin / listrik
- Pengetahuan tentang PLC, HMI, Servo Motor, Inverter.
- Bersedia ditempatkan di Kebumen, Jawa Tengah
- Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai kepala teknisi listrik / setara
- Dapat bekerja memenuhi target sesuai waktu.
- Memiliki pengetahuan mengenai mesin produksi plastik merupakan nilai tambah tersendiri (Tidak Wajib)
