Job Specification

  • Experience in handling complaint of the guest
  • Familiar with handling check in/out procedure

Job Profile

  • At least minimum 2 years experience in same position at 4 or 5 star hotel or fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Graduated minimum from diploma degree
  • Familiar with Fidelio is preferable
  • A good level of spoken Japanese Language is A MUST
  • Ability to work in a team as well as individually
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in fact paced environment
  • Enthusiasm and commitment to the job
