ARE YOU THE ONE? We are looking for a motivated and responsible Technical Support Engineer (based in Jakarta) to be in charge of the office IT initiatives. Roles and responsibilities: - Overall responsibility of the office IT systems / networks and computers.
- Perform Project management of IT initiatives.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of technology products and services.
- Manage internal/external application upgrades e.g. software upgrades
- Systems administration of windows or Linux servers in the traditional and cloud environments.
- Diagnose hardware and software faults
- Manage to do testing, identify, and analysis bugs and issues
- To do test scenarios and review test cases, extend regression and automation suites.
- Provide technical email support to customers regarding to APIs, plug-ins and widgets
- Troubleshoot and solve technical support issues with external customers
- Collaborate with fellow support colleagues and other internal organizations, e.g. development, to achieve superior customer service
- Be the customer advocate when providing feedback to internal organizations.
- Support sales team in answering technical questions during pre-sales
Requirements: - Technical Support/ Infrastructure Experience
- Working knowledge of Javascript and HTML
- Basic knowledge in server-side scripts / languages (PHP preferred)
- Basic understanding of web development, concept of web services and APIs
- Knowledge in web plugins and widgets
- Basic SQL and server knowledge is a plus
- Pays attention to details, able to organize documents and files well
- Good command of English communication skills
- Fresh graduates are welcome
